Five Bethel Park High School students who attend the Steel Center for Career and Technology Education have been named Extra Effort Award winners for the first semester of the 2024-25 school year.
Honorees include seniors Gabriella Balkovec (Cosmetology) and Lily Janus (Veterinary Assistant), who both earned the distinction for the second time, along with senior Ezekiel Eckley (Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Services), junior Samuel Bostaph (Carpentry), and sophomores Landon Freyvogel (Automotive Technology) and Leona Henze (Public Safety).
The award recognizes students' outstanding attitude, work ethic, attendance, and dependability.
