Description: 

The purpose of the Personnel Committee is to support a strong, effective workforce across the school district. The committee works with district leadership to review matters related to staffing, hiring, employee relations, and personnel policies. It helps guide decisions that promote a positive work environment, ensure fair and consistent practices, and attract and retain qualified staff. Ultimately, its role is to ensure the district is well-positioned to support student success through the strength and professionalism of its people.
